RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the entire MEA revenue life-cycle: new logo, expansion, renewal, EA adoption – from 0 to XM ARR.
Build & lead the regional sales org: hire, comp plan, forecast rigor <5 % variance.
Penetrate regulated verticals (banking, gov, telco, oil & gas) and close 7-figure, multi-year SaaS deals.
Architect commercial structures that align customer CapEx/OpEx strategy with subscription value.
Create and manage strategic channel / SI / distributor map; negotiate top-tier partnerships.
Deliver real-time market feedback to Product, Pricing and Marketing to refine GTM.
Partner with Customer Success to protect and grow renewal base; ensure 120 %+ net retention.
Report directly to Global VP Sales; present pipeline, coverage and growth scenarios to Board level.
REQUIREMENTS
15 + yrs enterprise software sales, minimum 5 yrs in MEA; consistent $5 M+ personal quota attainment.
Track record of 7-figure SaaS/PaaS closes within financial services or fintech – regional reference accounts required.
Built and managed 5-10 person sales teams in high-growth, zero-base environments.
Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage
Hunter mindset plus operator rigor – comfortable building process where none exists.
