Job Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to Thai customer inquiries regarding product information, usage, pricing, inventory, etc., via phone, email, and online customer service tools promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing & Follow-up: Assist customers with order placement, track order status, provide timely updates on order progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Handle special cases such as order changes or cancellations, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Conduct regular customer follow-ups to gather feedback, understand needs and opinions. Consolidate and relay insights to the department to inform product optimization and market strategy adjustments. Develop customer profiles and implement classification management to enhance customer loyalty.
- Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling: Proactively address customer complaints and disputes, promptly alleviate concerns, propose solutions, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues effectively. Ensure satisfactory resolution to maintain the company's positive image.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and Chinese (spoken and written) for seamless communication with Thai customers and Chinese teams. Proficient in reading and understanding English product documentation and emails.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Familiar with customer service workflows and techniques, with strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills. Able to serve customers patiently and enthusiastically.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of MRO product categories. Willing to learn and master company product features, functions, and advantages to accurately present products to customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient entry and processing of customer information and order data. Proficient in common customer service tools and office automation software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities to quickly identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork spirit and collaboration skills. Able to work closely with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Personal Attributes: High stress tolerance, adaptable to fast-paced environments, result-driven. Owl personality trait (detail-oriented, analytical), responsible, diligent, and proactive.
