Role Purpose



The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across a defined territory by increasing engagement with installation partners and introducing solutions to both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Growth & Business Development




  • Drive adoption of a broad product portfolio across installers and distributors

  • Execute regional sales strategies to expand market share

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM accuracy



Performance & Activity




  • Conduct 8–10 structured installer meetings per week

  • Generate demand for training and product enablement

  • Deliver against revenue targets and regional KPIs



Partner Relationships




  • Build strong, long-term relationships with installation and distribution partners

  • Work closely with partners to unlock growth opportunities

  • Support commercial initiatives that maximise account performance



Market Intelligence & Reporting




  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments

  • Provide structured forecasting, reporting, and insights to leadership

  • Maintain visibility of pipeline and regional performance trends



Training & Technical Support




  • Deliver product training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops

  • Support partners with technical understanding and solution positioning

  • Participate in site visits and joint customer engagements



 



What You Bring



Experience




  • Proven field sales experience in a technical or solution-based environment

  • Strong track record in new business development and account growth

  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured pipeline management

  • Confident presenting, engaging, and influencing customers face-to-face



Advantageous experience:




  • Security, access control, or related technical industries

  • Channel/distributor or installer-based sales environments

  • Training, coaching, or partner enablement exposure
