About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager of Overseas Channel Sales to pioneer and expand our footprint in the smart collaboration hardware market across key international regions. This strategic role is central to building our channel distribution network from the ground up, driving revenue growth, and establishing AISpeech as a leader in the space. You will own the end-to-end sales process for our cutting-edge conference products, including ceiling microphones and cameras.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and scale our overseas channel sales ecosystem for smart hardware. Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive market penetration and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the channel partner network.
Strategic Partnership: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners. Serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and collaborative success.
Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between our channel partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to ensure seamless project delivery, address market feedback, and influence new product planning.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitive intelligence. Generate insightful reports on industry trends to inform our sales strategy and product roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A proven track record in channel sales development and management, preferably within the smart hardware, UC&C, or Pro AV industry.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics and experience building partnerships from scratch. Familiarity with video conferencing, audio peripherals, or office collaboration products is highly advantageous.
- Strong capabilities in channel strategy, relationship building, complex negotiations, and sales enablement.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, international teams.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
