The Opportunity

A global leader in network infrastructure is hiring a Data Center Sales Manager to drive growth across France. Based in Paris, you will be at the forefront of the French data centre market, engaging with operators, enterprise clients, cloud providers, consultants, and integrators.

This is a strategic, client-facing role within a growing EMEA Data Center team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and executing the sales strategy for data centre infrastructure across France


• Identifying, engaging, and growing relationships with key operators, enterprise, and cloud customers


• Leading complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close, securing new business and expanding accounts


• Building a strong partner network across consultants, contractors, and integrators


• Representing the business at French and European industry events and conferences


• Collaborating closely with systems engineering and global data centre teams to deliver customer value


• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and providing clear reporting through CRM tools

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within data centre infrastructure, ICT, or technology


• Proven track record selling to large enterprise or operator customers in France


• Strong understanding of the French data centre ecosystem and buying behaviours


• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills


• Fluent in French and English


• Willingness to travel as required
