Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Sales Manager. You will be responsible for promoting our leading pool heat pump and intelligent outdoor solutions in France. The successful candidate will leverage their deep industry experience and local channel network to develop new clients, manage key projects, achieve sales growth targets, and expand the green intelligent outdoor market with us.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute full-channel sales strategies for pool heat pumps, intelligent outdoor equipment, and related products in France.


2. Proactively develop and maintain partnerships with local pool builders, distributors, high-end real estate developers, and landscaping design companies to establish a solid B2B sales network.


3. Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, technical demonstration, commercial negotiation to contract signing and project follow-up, ensuring sales targets are met.


4. Gather local market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to provide insights for the company's product and market strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-5 years years of proven B2B sales experience in the pool equipment, heat pump, HVAC, or related intelligent outdoor/new energy equipment sector.


• A verified track record of successfully establishing and maintaining local distributor or contractor channels in France


• Strong goal-orientation and sales passion: Results-driven, self-motivated, enjoys challenging targets and the satisfaction of achievement.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds and build long-term trust.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
