About the company: A global leader in photovoltaic manufacturing. The company supplies high-purity polysilicon and high-efficiency cells to over 90% of tier-1 PV module makers globally.
Position: Sales Manager in France and Italy
Working type: Remote in France and Italy
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee Sales Channels & Team
Manage sales channels and teams for overseas large-scale PV module projects. Develop regional market strategies, sales plans, and execution roadmaps. - Achieve Sales Targets
Drive team performance to meet sales goals, accounts receivable targets, and new customer acquisition KPIs aligned with regional strategies. - Market Intelligence & Analytics
Oversee market data collection/analysis and business performance analytics to inform decision-making. - Key Account Management
Lead visits, negotiations, and relationship management for strategic clients. Establish and maintain client information databases. - Contract & Risk Oversight
Manage contract execution, resolve quality/technical/risk issues, and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
(German/French + English proficiency required)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Trade.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in sales, including 2+ years in PV module or inverter sales management.
- Background from top-tier PV module manufacturers with proven overseas project experience.
- Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the solar value chain. Existing client resources preferred. - Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, managerial, and cross-functional coordination
- Strategic client development and retention capabilities
- Strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Mobility: Available for frequent international travel
