Pioneering Role in Poland




  • This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish and lead the sales function for our client’s cybersecurity portfolio in Poland. As the first dedicated Enterprise Sales Manager in the region, you will shape market strategy, build the local customer base, and lay the foundation for long-term growth



Responsibilities




  • Identify new leads and opportunities to achieve annual/quarterly sales targets;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability;

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs;

  • Develop and manage a healthy channel partner ecosystem.



Requirements:




  • At least 10 years of sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology fields;

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., NGFW, IPS, Zero Trust, Cloud Security);

  • Proven experience in end-user engagement and key account management;

  • Preferred background in selling to Financial, Carrier, or Government sectors;

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven sales track record.
