Sales Manager – Power & Infrastructure Solutions

We're supporting a global infrastructure and energy solutions business with a strong presence across APAC, currently expanding its commercial team in Singapore.
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation operating at the heart of infrastructure, supporting the next wave of digital and industrial development across the region.
They are hiring for 2 Sales Manager positions:
- Data Centre focus
- Industrial / Infrastructure focus
The Role:
This is a commercially driven position responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving market share growth across Southeast Asia.
You'll work closely with regional teams to deliver complex infrastructure solutions into high-growth sectors, including digital infrastructure and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target accounts and markets
- Build relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, and partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate internally to deliver commercial and technical proposals
- Support pricing strategies, tenders, and project execution
- Work with channel partners and distributors to support market growth
- Contribute to sales forecasting and market analysis
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales within infrastructure or industrial sectors
- Proven experience selling complex engineered solutions or equipment
- Experience working across direct and indirect/channel sales models
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience in either: Data centre / digital infrastructure OR Industrial / critical infrastructure environments
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Comfortable working regionally and travelling when required
