Sales Manager - Data Center

The Opportunity

A global leader in network infrastructure is seeking a Data Center Sales Manager based in the Frankfurt region to drive growth across Germany. You will engage with the most influential players in the data centre ecosystem, including MTDC operators, consultants, and integrators, helping shape how next-generation AI-driven and cloud-ready data centres are built.

What You Will Be Doing

• Shaping and executing a clear sales strategy for data centre infrastructure across Germany


• Identifying and engaging key multi-tenant data centre operators and building trusted, strategic relationships


• Leading high-impact pursuits with major enterprise data centre opportunities


• Building connectivity across the data centre ecosystem — consultants, contractors, integrators, and technology partners


• Participating in industry events, conferences, and online communities


• Collaborating with global data centre and market management teams


• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools with full transparency in reporting

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience


• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within technology or ICT


• Proven track record selling data centre or building infrastructure solutions to large enterprise or operator customers


• Strong understanding of the data centre ecosystem, industry trends, and buying behaviours


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
