Sales Director – Leading Technology Services Company | KSA

First Point Group is proud to be partnering with a leading technology services company in KSA to hire a Sales Director who will play a key role in driving growth and building a high-performing sales team.


Role Overview:

The Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and build a team of Sales Managers to grow the company's services across the market. You will also lead and mentor the sales team, manage key relationships, and drive growth to meet annual revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) to contract signature.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Manage the sales department budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.


Requirements:

  • 7–9 years in sales leadership roles with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and commercial execution.
  • Experience in consulting or technology-driven organisations delivering enterprise-level services and solutions.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to position services clearly, demonstrate value, and differentiate offerings.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of IT systems and technology environments.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
