Position: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and execute annual sales strategies and business plans targeting major U.S. retail channels to ensure sales goals are met and market share is expanded.
  2. Direct Key Account Management: Serve as the primary business lead, directly managing nationwide relationships with the aforementioned core retailers, leading annual contract negotiations, new product listings, promotional planning, and trade terms.
  3. End-to-End Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from forecasting and order management to delivery tracking, promotional execution, and sell-out performance, ensuring an efficient and effective sales pipeline.
  4. Market and Competitive Insights: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, providing critical input for business decisions and product planning.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with at least 3 years in direct sales management for major U.S. national retail accounts (at least one of Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, Target), supported by a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of the procurement processes, operational models, demand characteristics, and ecosystems of mainstream U.S. retailers, with mature channel management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, commercial negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently developing and driving the implementation of complex business plans.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience, with outstanding leadership, communication, coordination, and team motivation skills. â€Œ â€Œ
