Senior Account Manager – Telecommunications & Technology Solutions

What You’ll Do:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across your allocated territory, focusing on both existing and new customers.
- Build deep relationships across multiple stakeholders (Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, Retention, Service & Carrier Management).
- Understand your customers’ businesses and the market to influence buying decisions and expand share of wallet.
- Execute strategic account and territory plans, ensuring consistent delivery of the company’s brand promise.
- Manage your pipeline effectively, qualifying opportunities and mitigating churn proactively.
- Participate in customer steering committees and contribute to long-term brand positioning.
- Leverage automation and productivity tools to enhance customer engagement and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Matric required; tertiary qualification an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management within telecoms, IT, or technology services.
- Strong understanding of the broader telecommunications landscape and key channel dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning CRM and productivity tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and action-oriented with a genuine hunger to grow the business.
