First Point Group is recruiting for a RAN Rollout Coordinator / RAN Project Coordinator / Junior Delivery Manager on behalf a global telecom company that has 4G / LTE / 5G RAN / SRAN rollout projects with some of the world's mobile network operators. The successful candidate must have 4G/5G project delivery and coordination experience to be considered.
Locations considered - Gdansk, Warsaw and Poznan (hybrid-working)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to act as the operational link between the Authorized Service Partner (ASP), field teams, and internal project stakeholders.
This role is responsible for coordinating rollout activities, ensuring site readiness, tracking delivery progress, and supporting the smooth migration and integration of network elements — while maintaining service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the Approved Service Providers and the project team, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Develop rollout schedules and coordinate activity plans with ASP teams.
- Track site availability and ensure work begins in line with agreed timelines.
- Ensure Health & Safety briefings are completed prior to the commencement of on-site activities.
- Coordinate with remote supervision teams to ensure required validation sessions are completed on schedule.
- Monitor daily progress of ASP field teams and provide regular status updates.
- Track site completion milestones and ensure all activities are properly closed and documented.
- Ensure remote audit sessions are conducted before sites are submitted for final acceptance.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain rollout quality, timelines, and operational compliance.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–7 years of experience within mobile network environments, ideally covering rollout, RAN swap, or integration projects.
- Solid understanding of RAN technologies and multi-vendor network environments.
- Experience coordinating field operations and managing ASP/vendor relationships.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with telecom vendor systems is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of financial processes and commercial awareness is beneficial.
- Strong behavioural competencies including teamwork, reliability, and the application of technical expertise.
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure portfolios, field operations processes, ASP management, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.
