Work Location : Angola - Luanda 

Contract : 3 months extendable 

Core Responsibilities

• Site quality & acceptance audits — pre-acceptance and final acceptance inspections across civil works, fiber deployments, tower structures, power systems, and telecom equipment installations


• Documentation and snag management — documenting, uploading and tracking non-conformances and snag items until full resolution; submitting client-facing quality reports and acceptance logs


• Verifying installation work against the operator/vendor's engineering standards and method statements before sign-off


• Auditing subcontractor/installation team compliance across multiple sites within the two-city scope


• Flagging rework requirements before client acceptance, protecting the project from late-stage rejection costs

Required Skills & Background

• Working knowledge of telecom site construction, fiber deployment, tower structures, or power installations


• Certifications as an added advantage: NEBOSH, ISPON, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, or equivalent HSE/Quality credentials


• Strong technical report-writing ability, proficiency in MS Office, high attention to documentation accuracy, physical fitness for regular field travel, and quick technical adaptability


• Familiarity with the relevant OEM's acceptance criteria (in your case, likely Ericsson's site acceptance/QA standards)


• Ability to work independently across two cities, coordinating with site engineers, riggers and the implementation team
