The Role

• Looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager who enjoys working in complex, high-impact environments.


• You will lead multi-million dollar AI and enterprise IT projects, working with international teams and senior stakeholders to drive delivery from concept to execution.


• This role is ideal for someone who combines strong structure (PMI/PMP) with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving, innovation-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and AI projects (planning → execution → delivery)


• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, and external partners (often globally distributed)


• Act as the key interface between business and technology stakeholders


• Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful delivery


• Ensure best practices across PMI, ITIL, and quality frameworks (e.g. CMMI)


• Oversee technical coordination across systems, applications, and infrastructure


• Contribute to commercial aspects including project performance and change requests

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in IT Project Management within complex / enterprise environments


• Proven experience delivering mid-to-large scale projects (ideally $2M+)


• Strong grounding in PMP / PMI methodologies (PMP certification highly preferred)


• Solid understanding of software development, systems, and infrastructure


• Exposure to AI / data / advanced technology environments is a big plus


• Strong stakeholder management — comfortable engaging senior clients


• Familiar with ITIL / service delivery frameworks


• Fluent Chinese required (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory)
