Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre (Finland)

A well-capitalised international data centre developer is expanding a major hyperscale campus in Finland and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects.

This is a senior delivery role offering long-term project visibility, exposure to high-value assets, and the opportunity to play a key role in one of the most active data centre programmes in the Nordics.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects, from early design and planning through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Working closely with internal development teams, external consultants, contractors, and supply-chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery across one or multiple data centre assets
• Manage programme, cost, risk, and change control
• Coordinate CSA and MEP design teams against employer’s requirements
• Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure contractual and technical compliance
• Drive governance, reporting, and senior stakeholder communication
• Support procurement strategy, contractor appointment, and commercial negotiations
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and commissioning standards
• Interface with local authorities, utilities, and third-party stakeholders in Finland

About You

• Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or complex industrial projects
• Strong background in project or programme management within construction or infrastructure
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-capex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working with international teams and supply chains
• Finnish construction experience or Nordic market exposure advantageous
• Finnish language skills beneficial but not essential
