Overview
Our client is a rapidly expanding international company operating large-scale data centre and critical infrastructure facilities. With ongoing growth across multiple regions, the Procurement Manager will play a key role in managing sourcing activities, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations to support complex, high-value construction and operational requirements.
This role requires a commercially minded procurement professional who can operate in a fast-paced, technical environment with global supply chain considerations.
Position Summary

Purpose: To lead procurement processes that ensure cost effectiveness, supplier compliance, and operational continuity across the organisation's international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers across a variety of technical and non-technical categories.
- Support sourcing strategies aligned with engineering, construction, and operations needs across multiple markets.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Build strong, long-term supplier partnerships to ensure reliability and service quality.
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, performance monitoring, and risk assessments.
Cost & Commercial Analysis
- Conduct cost benchmarking, price modelling, and value-for-money assessments.
- Recommend cost optimisation strategies to internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure procurement activities follow internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate commercial and operational risks through structured processes and documentation.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Streamline procurement workflows to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Work closely with project management, operations, finance, engineering, and leadership teams to align procurement with business priorities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Strong background in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management. Experience in technical procurement (e.g., construction materials, MEP systems, IT hardware, power/cooling equipment) is beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation ability, analytical skills, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of data centre, infrastructure, or industrial supply categories is an advantage.
- Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, cost-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving international organisation.
