A cutting-edge telecommunications company is seeking a Principal NetOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of the clients' 5G networks and associated operational platforms. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of 5G technology, influencing national-scale network operations and driving innovation in mobile communications.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end network operations strategy for 5G RAN, Core, network slicing, and MEC environments.


• Define and implement standards, procedures, and best practices for operational governance, performance, and resilience.


• Provide technical escalation support and troubleshooting expertise during network deployments and live operations.


• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure technical alignment, compliance, and high-quality execution.


• Support capacity planning, risk assessment, and operational readiness for national-scale 5G rollouts.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in telecom network engineering and operations, with a strong focus on 5G NR (SA/NSA) and 4G LTE networks.


• Proven track record of network design, operational ownership, and escalation management at scale.


• Hands-on experience with vendor management, regulatory compliance, and multi-vendor network environments.


• Involvement in national or large-scale 5G network deployments.


• Exceptional technical judgment and the ability to solve complex operational challenges from first principles.
