Principal Category Sourcing Manager – Business Services & Indirect Procurement

A leading international organization is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across Business Services and Indirect Procurement categories.

The role focuses on:

• Developing and executing category sourcing strategies.


• Leading RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tendering activities, and supplier negotiations.


• Managing supplier relationships, governance, and performance.


• Delivering cost optimization, value creation, and sourcing savings initiatives.


• Conducting spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier benchmarking.


• Partnering with senior stakeholders to support procurement and business objectives.

Looking for:

• 12+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.


• Strong background in Business Services and Indirect Procurement categories.


• Proven experience managing RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.


• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.


• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Ivalua, or similar procurement platforms.


• Telecom, technology, consulting, aviation, energy, FMCG, or multinational experience preferred.
