Responsibilities
- Deliver clear technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Partner with sales teams to support lead generation and follow-up on technical matters
- Prepare project presentations, proposals, BOMs, and technical documents
- Develop PoC plans and guide customers through evaluation processes
- Create SoC documentation for tender submissions
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and partners
- Provide technical support to customers and channel partners
- Participate in project implementation and rollout activities
- Act as technology owner for assigned solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Presales, Technical Sales, or related roles
- Strong background in cybersecurity or network infrastructure solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Proven experience supporting medium to large-scale deployments
- Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / CISSP / MCSE are advantageous
- Proficiency in English & Chinese for business communication
