We are looking for a BWC (Body-Worn Camera) Presales Engineer to support our sales and technical teams by designing and presenting advanced BWC solutions to customers and partners. This role is essential in understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the technical success of projects across public safety, government, and enterprise sectors.



 



Key Responsibilities



 



Solution Design & Technical Enablement




  • Promote BWC solutions to local partners including distributors, resellers, and integrators, highlighting product advantages and key differentiators.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to define and present tailored BWC solutions.

  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to customers and partners.

  • Prepare solution proposals, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.

  • Customize solutions based on customer workflows and operational needs.



 



Sales Support & Bid Management




  • Support sales managers during customer engagements and RFP processes.

  • Provide technical input for tenders and contribute to compelling technical responses.

  • Address technical objections and assist in contract negotiations from a technical perspective.

  • Train partners and internal teams on new features, best practices, and solution architecture.

  • Stay informed on BWC market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product Management to drive product enhancements.



 



Cross-functional Collaboration




  • Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Support the transition from presales to post-sales by briefing delivery teams on solution architecture and customer expectations.



 



Qualifications & Skills



 



Education




  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Telecommunications) or a related field.



 



Experience




  • 5+ years in presales, solution engineering, or technical consultancy.

  • Experience with BWC, digital evidence management, or related technologies is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with public sector and government clients is a plus.



 



Skills




  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and architecture diagrams.



 



Languages




  • Native Spanish speaker with intermediate English proficiency.



 



Availability




  • Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
