Policy Administrator (Insurance)

We are looking for a motivated Policy Administrator to join a dynamic team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth issuance, management, and administration of insurance policies. This position offers exposure to system enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement initiatives—ideal for candidates who thrive on both operational excellence and innovation.



Responsibilities



In this role, you will be at the heart of policy operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards:




  • Prepare and issue new and renewal insurance policies, including endorsements, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness

  • Review system-generated outputs to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards

  • Support system projects such as plan setup, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process automation improvements

  • Act as a key contact for resolving premium payment, billing, and policy-related queries

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, regional teams, and external partners including brokers

  • Maintain well-organized digital records, including filing, scanning, and document management

  • Provide guidance and backup support to team members, contributing to a collaborative team culture

  • Assist with office and administrative activities, supporting overall team operations



Requirements



We are seeking individuals who combine strong technical skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset:




  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in policy administration within an insurer or brokerage environment

  • Solid understanding of insurance operations; experience in medical insurance is advantageous

  • Exposure to system enhancements or automation initiatives is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately under deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; strong written English is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with electronic document management systems

  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with strong potential and motivation will also be considered
