Plant Quality Manager



Location: Mexico



**Job Responsibilities**:  

1. Be responsible for the quality management of the Mexican plant, ensuring that product quality meets company standards.  

2. Develop and implement a quality management system, monitor process workflows during production to ensure compliance with industry norms and standards.  

3. Organize and conduct regular quality inspections and audits, identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.  

4. Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to promote the implementation of quality improvement measures and enhance overall product quality.  

5. Collect, analyze, and report quality data to provide decision-making support for management.  



**Job Requirements**:  

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a science or engineering-related field.  

2. At least 5 years of quality management experience, with preference given to those with experience in Mexican or overseas plant quality management.  

3. Familiarity with quality management system standards such as ISO9001, and solid knowledge of quality management. 

4. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and guide a team.  

5. Proficient in English for daily communication and documentation.
