About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of high-performance cloud infrastructure purpose-built for deep learning, generative AI, and large-scale AI inference workloads. The company specializes in dedicated GPU cloud solutions tailored to the unique needs of startups, research organizations, and enterprise AI teams. Their mission is to accelerate AI innovation by combining powerful infrastructure, white-glove support, and flexible, custom-built environments.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an Alliances GTM Strategy Manager to serve as a key growth driver within its partner ecosystem. While the Revenue Operations team manages the commercial infrastructure, including deal registration, MDF administration, and CRM processes, this role will own the partner experience, enablement strategy, and overall optimization of strategic alliances.

Working closely with Revenue Operations, this individual will ensure the operational foundation supports an aggressive go-to-market partner strategy. This is a highly visible role focused on transforming partner and pipeline data into actionable business insights that drive revenue growth through hyperscaler, OEM, channel, and AI infrastructure partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement & Lifecycle Management

  • Journey Mapping: Design and optimize the end-to-end partner onboarding experience. Accelerate partner activation through structured training, certification, and enablement programs that move partners from onboarding to revenue generation.

  • Activation Strategy: Identify inactive or underperforming partners and develop engagement strategies to improve productivity and business outcomes.

  • Certification & Enablement: Manage the requirements and processes necessary to effectively train and certify partners on the company's AI infrastructure and cloud solutions.

Strategic Program & MDF Optimization

  • Program Architecture: Help develop and refine a tiered partner program, including attainment criteria aligned with technical expertise, co-sell achievements, and revenue objectives.

  • MDF ROI Analysis: Evaluate partner investments and marketing development fund (MDF) programs to determine effectiveness and recommend future allocation strategies that maximize pipeline creation and revenue impact.

Business Insights & Reporting

  • Partner Impact Scorecards: Develop and maintain partner performance scorecards and dashboards. Lead Quarterly Partner Business Reviews (QPBRs) and provide executive-level insights into alliance effectiveness.

  • Voice of the Partner: Serve as the internal advocate for partners by identifying operational challenges, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve the overall partner experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in partner operations, alliances strategy, channel programs, business development, or go-to-market strategy.

  • Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, AI, machine learning, GPU computing, data center technologies, or related high-growth technology environments.

  • Demonstrated success developing and scaling strategic partner relationships that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of co-sell motions, channel ecosystems, and complex multi-party sales cycles involving partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and partner organizations.

  • Ability to leverage data, pipeline metrics, and business analytics to support strategic decision-making and program optimization.

  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience developing business cases, partner growth plans, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, AI infrastructure vendors, semiconductor companies, OEMs, or related technology ecosystems.

  • Background in strategic alliances within high-growth technology organizations.

  • Familiarity with partner certification programs, MDF management, partner enablement, co-sell initiatives, and executive business reviews.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company operating at the forefront of AI and cloud infrastructure innovation.
