Partnership & Institutional Channel Marketing Manager



Role Summary



We are seeking a strategic and highly driven marketing professional to lead partnership, institutional, and affiliate marketing initiatives across global markets. This role focuses on accelerating key commercial KPIs by developing impactful campaigns, tools, and experiences that support indirect revenue growth and deeper partner engagement.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in B2B and affiliate marketing, along with experience in fast-moving, multi-market environments. The position works closely with partnership, regional, acquisition, customer, product, and trading-focused teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing programs.





Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies across partner (IB), institutional (B2B), and affiliate segments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that support pipeline growth, lead generation, partner onboarding, and revenue objectives.

  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns—digital and offline—to enhance brand visibility, strengthen partner relationships, and support client acquisition across priority regions (e.g., Greater China, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, MENA).

  • Lead the creation of marketing assets including brochures, videos, webinars, case studies, sales toolkits, and training materials.

  • Oversee content, design, and development for B2B-focused websites, ensuring value propositions and product offerings are clearly communicated.

  • Manage B2B digital channels, including social platforms, content calendars, posting strategies, and optimizations across organic and paid activities.

  • Build tailored CRM/SCRM journeys to strengthen onboarding, engagement, and retention for partners and institutional prospects.

  • Plan offline events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain relationships with industry media and platforms through targeted placements and thought-leadership content.

  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategic direction.

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints while adapting to local market needs.





Skills & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B, partner, or affiliate marketing, ideally within financial services or other high-growth digital industries.

  • Experience managing global marketing programs with an understanding of regional market differences.

  • Strong knowledge of partner, affiliate, and institutional business models.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, drive outcomes, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones when needed.
