OT Security Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned OT Security Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative cybersecurity initiatives across critical infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of OT environments and a passion for driving security excellence through innovative solutions and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Security Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive OT security strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.


• Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure adherence to industry standards


• Security Architecture Design: Lead the design and enhancement of secure OT infrastructures, focusing on network segmentation, secure remote access, and endpoint protection


• Incident Response & Recovery: Oversee the development and execution of incident response plans, ensuring swift containment and recovery from security breaches


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to integrate security measures seamlessly into OT processes


• Training & Development: Provide mentorship and training to internal teams and clients, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience specializing in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity


• Proficient in utilizing OT security tools, including Dragos, for threat detection and network monitoring


• Hands-on expertise in implementing secure remote access solutions and endpoint protection within OT environments


• Demonstrated success in conducting on-site assessments and deploying tailored security solutions


• Comprehensive knowledge of OT security frameworks, policies, and risk management procedures


• Skilled in developing, customizing, and delivering OT security policies aligned with industry standards


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective collaboration across teams
