OSS/BSS L2 Support Engineer

Hiring: OSS/BSS L2 Support Engineer |Senior Engineer – L2 (EDA)

24x7 On-Call (Rotation)

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – L2 (EDA) to join a Managed Services Assurance team supporting mission-critical telecom OSS/BSS platforms. This role focuses on 2nd Level support for Ericsson Dynamic Activator (EDA/EMA) and Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM), ensuring service stability, fast restoration, and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2 end-to-end support for provisioning & mediation platforms


• Production order fallout analysis, bulk fixes, and DB updates (SQL/Oracle)


• O&M activities, health checks, alarms, patching, and upgrades


• TT, CR, and CSR handling in line with SLA/WLA


• Support new releases, testing, and deployments


• Coordinate with vendors, SPOCs, and development teams


• Participate in 24x7 on-call and emergency support

Requirements:

• 5–7 years telecom/IT experience


• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Ericsson EDA/EMA


• Strong EMM, OSS/BSS, provisioning flows knowledge


• Linux/UNIX, scripting, SQL/Oracle


• Understanding of GSM/WCDMA and core networks
