Retail Operations Manager
Location: Mexico city
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the team responsible for in-store operations (store operations, training, visual merchandising, etc.).
- Define roles, goals, and management processes to drive efficiency and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with operational policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
2. Brand Image & Visual Merchandising Management
- Define, coordinate, and supervise the execution of visual merchandising and store image standards.
- Oversee auditing processes, store inspections, and improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and a high-quality customer experience across all locations.
3. Activity Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead the planning and validation of key commercial activities such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives.
- Coordinate resources between brand teams, shopping mall partners, store teams, and internal departments.
- Evaluate activity performance and promote the adoption of best practices across the region.
4. Operational Analysis & Performance Management
- Oversee performance analytics and ROI evaluations at both regional and store level.
- Define key KPIs and improvement strategies together with the operations team.
- Prepare strategic reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; professional proficiency in Spanish or English.
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations management, including team leadership.
- Strong leadership capabilities, cross-functional coordination skills, and solid analytical ability.
- Willingness to relocate internationally for long-term assignments and ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
