OFCI Package Manager - Electrical - Europe, Finland
With a reputation for excellence in mission-critical construction, our client is renowned for delivering complex, high-value data centre projects across Europe.
They are looking for experienced OFCI Package Managers (Electrical), to join a multi-national project team delivering hyperscale infrastructure across Europe.
You’ll be responsible for managing OFCI equipment, ensuring coordination across vendors, site teams, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical and process interface for all OFCI matters with clients and vendors.
- Manage OFCI scope to align with project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Lead stakeholder coordination across engineering, commissioning, and programme teams.
- Chair weekly meetings with vendors and client stakeholders.
- Report on package progress, escalate risks, and ensure seamless integration on-site.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold client data and security protocols.
Finland - On-site
Full-Time | Permanent

Note: If you are not permanently based in Finland but live elsewhere in the EU or abroad, you must be willing to travel to the region and work on a rotational basis.
Requirements for the Role:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with an M&E contractor, ideally on data centre or similar complex infrastructure projects.
- Electrical engineering qualification.
- Confident communicator and problem-solver with strong coordination and leadership skills.
- Fluent in managing large-scale packages, vendor liaison, and on-site delivery.
