Network Operations Engineer – IP/MPLS & Core Networks

Role Purpose:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IP/MPLS and core network services, maintaining uptime, and delivering exceptional service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network uptime and SLAs for enterprise-scale and ISP networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing and switching issues
• Drive operational improvements and support network automation initiatives
• Provide escalation support to NOC and field teams

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in network operations (NetOps)
• CCNP or CCIE certification preferred
• Strong expertise in ISP-scale networks and large-scale routing/switching environments
• Analytical mindset with a passion for operational excellence
