Mission Critical Network Solution Lead

MCN End-to-End Solution Lead

A leading technology organization is looking for an experienced MCN End-to-End Solution Lead to design and deliver mission-critical communications and connectivity solutions for customers across public sector and critical infrastructure environments.

This is a customer-facing role combining solution architecture, pre-sales, delivery leadership, and strategic consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end solutions across 4G/5G, private networks, cloud, edge, OSS, and enterprise platforms


• Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, and solution presentations


• Support RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and opportunity development


• Work closely with sales, engineering, delivery, and partner teams


• Ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally ready


• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and key stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in telecom, critical communications, networking, or solution architecture


• Strong customer-facing pre-sales, consulting, or solutioning experience


• Knowledge of LTE/5G, private networks, cloud, OSS/BSS, networking, or systems integration


• Experience managing complex technical engagements across multiple stakeholders


• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Background

• Public Safety, Defence, Rail, Utilities, Aviation, or Critical Infrastructure


• Telecom operators, telecom vendors, system integrators, or enterprise technology providers


• Private 5G, MEC, IoT, Smart City, Critical Communications, or Digital Infrastructure projects
