Media Partnerships Manager (AdTech / Digital Advertising)

About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing AdTech platform is transforming real-time data into high-intent advertising revenue. We are looking for a Media Partnerships Manager to drive growth across media agencies and brand partnerships, delivering high-performance digital campaigns across engagement (click-based) and reach (impression-based) models.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on revenue generation, agency engagement, and campaign performance optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with media agencies and brand stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial partner
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation, onboarding, and account growth
- Pitch data-driven advertising solutions to agencies and brands, clearly communicating value, performance, and ROI
- Drive advertising revenue growth by securing budgets and increasing spend across both new and existing partners
- Manage and expand a portfolio of agency and brand accounts, ensuring consistent campaign performance and identifying upsell opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market insights, industry knowledge, and your existing network
- Collaborate with agencies to create strategic, performance-led campaign plans aligned to client objectives
- Optimise always-on campaigns, improving results across engagement, reach, targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and maximise impact
- Analyse campaign data to provide insights, reporting, and actionable recommendations to partners
- Stay up to date with AdTech trends, market developments, and competitive activity
- Contribute to pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and achieving commercial targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in AdTech, digital advertising sales, or media agency partnerships
- Strong background in an agency-facing, revenue-generating role (essential)
- Proven track record in pitching to media agencies and securing advertising budgets
- Experience influencing media spend and driving campaign investment decisions
- Experience working with agencies managing clients across sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, retail, lifestyle, fashion, fintech, or similar fast-moving industries
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance, ROI, and growth
- Hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution
- Solid understanding of digital campaign performance metrics and optimisation
