We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. This is a chance to be part of high-profile, fast-paced builds in one of the most dynamic sectors globally, in a high-growth region of Europe.

As the Mechanical Construction Manager, you will:

• Oversee mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.


• Manage client communications, project scheduling, and resource planning.


• Coordinate installation of HVAC and pipework to meet project milestones.


• Support procurement of equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Monitor progress, cost control, and variations, assisting with valuations and final accounts.


• Drive safety standards and best practices across all subcontractors.

Requirements for this role:

• A relevant mechanical qualification (e.g., B.Eng, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, NVQ).


• Proven experience as a Mechanical Manager within MEP contracting or construction.


• Data centre project work / exposure is highly advantageous


• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
