First Point Group are currently recruiting for Sales & Marketing Manager or Account Manager to work at their offices in the City of London, UK

Main responsibilities for the role

Marketing
– Develop and implement a marketing strategy to generate and respond to leads and sales, meet income targets and expand customer base
– Develop and implement a marketing strategy to generate leads for Salesforce consultancy services
– Keep the website up to date and produce new copy, blogs and case studies.
– Work with Sales Manager on inbound and outbound campaigns
– Manage and develop use of Pardot, our marketing automation system, to support marketing activities
– Analyse membership and customer survey and other data to inform marketing strategies
– Manage and coordinate joint activities with the Sales Manager, Membership Services and Communications staff on marketing, planning events and developing the website
– Provide copy for the website, mailings and other communications.
– Design, write, edit and commission marketing collateral, e.g. branding, leaflets, exhibition stands, videos and blogs
– Manage and maintain the social media presence
– Manage marketing and sales budget with Sales Manager
– Produce regular management information on marketing
– Work with Customer Success Manager on training materials content and branding

Events
– Work with Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager on planning, promotion of and arrangements for the annual conference and any other events
– Research appropriate up and coming events

Key requirements for the role

Essential
– Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies using a range of media and other channels
– Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
– Knowledge of marketing theory and practice
– Experience of CRM systems and databases
– Skills in copy writing and proofing for a range of audiences in various formats
– Knowledge of branding
– Self-motivated team player

Preferable
– Marketing software or cloud services
– Using Salesforce CRM Sales and Marketing Clouds
– Website management
– Producing management information
– Marketing, Communication or Business Administration qualification
– Graphic design and video skills
– Work with Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager on planning, promotion of and arrangements for the annual conference and any other events
– Research appropriate up and coming events
