First Point Group is recruiting for a Marketing Manager with Travel eSIM experience from companies like Holafly, Airalo, Saily, Nomad, GiffGaff, Lebara, Lyca Mobile etc. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a Global Telecom Group to utilise your previous Travel eSIM experience to support the launch of a new global travel eSIM brand. Our client also has a diverse portfolio of technology, products and services including IoT, AI Consumer Electronics and Digital Services to name a few which may give you exposure to new products within the company in the future.
The successful candidate must have experience defining and managing the marketing strategy for an international travel eSIM service, selecting and managing marketing agency performance, and setting and managing marketing budgets.

Key Purpose of Role: Lead this new global travel eSIM marketing strategy and activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with the global telecom group’s operating companies to share the Travel eSIM product marketing best practices and insights to maximise collective success.
- Identify and leverage resources across the group to promote the product.
- Define and track marketing KPIs.
- Appoint and manage agencies supporting the product’s marketing.
- Monitor and allocate marketing budget spend to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and marketing approach.
- Define target markets and audiences to maximise return.
- Identify and implement co-marketing initiatives with travel industry partners (e.g. airlines).
- Act as the travel eSIM subject matter expert for the Group.
- Build strong relationships with marketing colleagues across the group’s operators.
Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience defining and managing the marketing strategy for a Travel eSIM service.
- Experience selecting and managing marketing agency performance.
- Strong understanding of setting and managing marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of KPIs across multiple channels for successful Travel eSIM marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the Travel eSIM market and wider travel industry.
- Experience communicating effectively at CxO level.
- Proven ability to lead and direct multiple stakeholders to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
