We are looking for a Marketing professional to drive brand relevance, market engagement, and commercial enablement in Saudi Arabia for an Automotive client. This role is responsible for steering the regional marketing strategy in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Director and Headquarters. The objective is to drive brand growth, enhance market share, and fortify both sales and aftersales performance through data-driven, integrated marketing initiatives..

What You'll Do
Integrated Strategy Development: Partner with Headquarters to construct a comprehensive marketing framework encompassing market analytics, consumer behavior studies, digital campaigns, ATL/BTL advertising, and PR, ensuring alignment with sales and aftersales operational goals.
Omni-channel Campaign Management: Take full ownership of all marketing initiatives—from traditional media to digital platforms—overseeing campaign planning, execution, and optimization to maximize reach and engagement.
Customer-Centric Planning: Leverage customer databases and behavioral insights to inform marketing strategies and drive targeted activities that resonate with specific audience segments.
Commercial & Retention Support: Empower the sales and aftersales functions by designing promotional and retention campaigns aimed at expanding market presence and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Media & Budget Optimization: Collaborate with the RMD, HQ, and external agencies to determine the most effective media mix and placement strategies, ensuring optimal frequency and reach while maintaining strict budget discipline.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, competitor surveillance, and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities and refine the competitive positioning of the brand.
Budget Oversight & Administration: Manage the departmental marketing budget and oversee the acceptance and settlement of related service vendors.
Cross-Regional Alignment: Act as the key liaison to ensure local activities are synchronized with overarching HQ marketing directives and global campaigns.
General Management: Fulfill additional strategic or administrative duties as assigned by senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
Your Background:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Brings at least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience from the automotive industry.
Your Track Record:
Has successfully developed and executed integrated marketing plans that have grown a brand within the region.
Can demonstrate the ability to craft a clear and actionable strategic marketing plan.
Your Skills:
Communicates persuasively and works seamlessly with different departments to achieve shared goals.
Possesses strong management and planning skills, comfortable with creating detailed 6-12 month plans.
Has a natural curiosity for understanding consumer behavior and turning insights into commercial success.
Is fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication.
