First Point Group is recruiting for a Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) on behalf of an innovative telecom technology company specialising in SaaS / software solutions for mobile network operators worldwide. The successful candidate must be comfortable as a hands-on Individual Contributor with end-to-end responsibilities across the digital and offline marketing landscape - including campaign execution, content creation and sales collaboration skills, and the ability to generate leads and support pipeline growth.
This role is 100% remote-working with opportunity for international business travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop compelling marketing content and sales collateral including battle cards, product demos, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Conduct market intelligence gathering and competitive analysis to support sales teams with insights on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion into sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute communication strategies including newsletters, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Organise and manage industry events, including bookings, budgets, and associated public relations activity.
- Support brand positioning initiatives, including award submissions and industry recognition programmes.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align customer needs, market requirements, and analyst insights with marketing initiatives.
- Participate in customer meetings where required to gather insights and strengthen customer engagement.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience executing digital marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs and lead generation outcomes.
- Experience creating high-quality marketing and sales enablement content.
- Comfortable working with marketing technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strong organisational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within the telecom, mobile network, or roaming industry.
- Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer-focused value propositions.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or AI-driven marketing tools.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, or content marketing strategies.
