Lead Program Manager, Technology (Remote – U.S.)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs that power business growth, operational excellence, and customer experience improvements. This role owns end-to-end program delivery across software, network technologies (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G), and technology-enabled operations—aligning strategy, investment, and execution at a portfolio level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large, multi-initiative technology programs from planning through delivery and stabilization


• Translate business strategy into integrated roadmaps and execution plans


• Oversee Agile delivery across multiple teams (Scrum/SAFe/hybrid)


• Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking


• Drive prioritization decisions, sequencing, and tradeoffs to maximize value


• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, and Operations


• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders


• Mentor program and project team members while promoting Agile best practices

What You Bring

• 8+ years in technology delivery or program management; 3+ years leading large programs


• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)


• Background in software delivery and/or network technologies (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G, cloud, APIs)


• Proven financial and investment management experience at the program level


• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills


• Telecommunications or broadband experience preferred


• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
