Lead GenAI / AI-ML SME

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML professional to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions focused on network anomaly detection, incident investigation, and operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered agents and multi-agent workflows.


• Build and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using network and operational data.


• Lead prompt engineering, tool-calling, agent orchestration, and AI solution architecture.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable AI capabilities.


• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications.


• Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks.


• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.


• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval solutions.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in network operations, telecommunications, anomaly detection, or incident management.


• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• AI/ML, cloud, or telecom-related certifications are a plus.
