Lead Electrical Engineer - Data Centres - Finland

Our client is a a leading international engineering and construction firm delivering complex, high-specification projects across Europe, specialising in solutions for mission-critical environments, particularly large-scale data centres, working with some of the most recognised clients in the digital infrastructure space.

With multiple live projects under construction, this is an exciting opportunity to lead electrical works on one of Europe’s flagship builds.

Your Role:

As the Electrical Lead, you’ll take ownership of all electrical systems on-site—guiding a team of engineers and driving the delivery of complex, high-spec infrastructure in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

You will:

• Lead and motivate a team of Electrical Engineers on-site


• Oversee quality, specifications, and adherence to programme and safety standards


• Liaise with the project team and subcontractors to ensure accurate, timely info and alignment


• Flag design issues and propose cost-effective, constructible improvements


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and project leadership


• Drive commercial awareness, programme sequencing, and resource planning

??Finland-based Role.

??You can be based anywhere in the EU but must be open to travel and working on a rotational basis, in Finland.

?? Full-time, Permanent Role. On-site

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline


• Strong experience leading MEP teams on major data centre projects


• Knowledge of procurement and sequencing of electrical installation


• Excellent communication and team leadership skills


• Experience working on-site in a high-performance, high-volume construction environment
