Lead Strategic Technical Engagements Across Latin America

Our client is seeking a seasoned Regional Presales Manager to lead Body-Worn Camera (BWC) solution strategy across LATAM. Based in Mexico City, this role is critical in aligning technical expertise with business development to deliver impactful solutions for public safety, government, and enterprise clients.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the BWC strategy across LATAM, ensuring alignment between regional execution and global objectives.


• Solution Development: Partner with sales teams to design and present tailored BWC solutions that address complex customer needs.


• Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research and competitive analysis to guide strategy and identify new business opportunities.


• Marketing & Enablement: Lead the creation of regional marketing assets and deliver training programs to partners and internal teams.


• Customer Engagement: Support key client interactions, proposals, and project promotion to secure strategic wins.

?? Ideal Profile:

• Experience: 10+ years in presales, solution engineering, or technical consultancy, with a strong background in BWC, CCTV, or related technologies.


• Sector Knowledge: Proven experience working with public sector and government clients.


• Skills: Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.


• Languages: Native Spanish, advanced English.


• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
