The Opportunity



As the Strategic Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of strategic hospital accounts across Türkiye, focusing on developing long-term partnerships with private hospital groups and leading university hospitals.



Working closely with distributors and internal commercial teams, you will identify opportunities, influence key decision-makers, support major tenders and projects, and develop strategies that drive sustainable business growth.



Key Responsibilities





  • Develop and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders across strategic hospital accounts throughout Türkiye.




  • Lead strategic account initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and channel partners.




  • Drive engagement with leading private hospital groups and university hospitals.




  • Identify new business opportunities and influence major purchasing decisions.




  • Support large-scale projects and tender opportunities alongside distributor partners.




  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.




  • Represent the business at exhibitions, customer events, international meetings, and corporate visits.




  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare leaders and decision-makers.





About You



We're looking for an accomplished medical device sales professional who understands how to navigate complex healthcare environments and build long-term strategic partnerships.



You will ideally have:





  • Bachelor's degree (medical, life sciences or related field preferred).




  • Minimum of 10 years' experience within the medical device industry.




  • Strong experience selling one or more of the following:





    • Patient Monitoring




    • Ultrasound




    • In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)




    • Laboratory Solutions




    • Anaesthesia




    • Ventilation




    • Surgical Solutions




    • Medical Imaging (X-ray)






  • Proven experience working with private hospital groups and university hospitals in Türkiye.




  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales cycles.




  • Fluent Turkish and English communication skills.




  • Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of engaging senior executives with confidence.




  • Based in Istanbul or willing to relocate.
