Position Overview
We are looking for a Country Sales Manager to drive business growth and market expansion in Europe.
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth in the local market.
The position reports directly to the Europe Sales VP and involves close collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new customers within target industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving opportunities from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing end-user customers
- Collaborate with global teams and partners to support project delivery
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Support long-term business planning and channel development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within:
- Logistics automation
- Intralogistics / warehouse automation
- System integration
- Smart manufacturing
- Strong understanding of solution-based sales and project-driven business models
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as required

- Location: Germany (preferred), or Netherlands / France
- Reporting Line: Europe Sales VP
- Employment Structure:
- Germany: Local entity
- Netherlands / France: EOR setup possible
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus (details to be discussed individually)
