FPG is delighted to have partnered with a leading IT Solutions and Services Provider, supporting them in their search for a Key Account Manager responsible for winning IT Solutions & Managed Services contracts across the region.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and vendors

  • Verify pricing, terms, and technical accuracy before submitting proposals to clients

  • Lead new business development initiatives while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships

  • Conduct strategic account planning, track opportunities, and maintain updated records in CRM

  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Act as both a trusted advisor to clients and a brand ambassador for company solutions

  • Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries, feedback, and payment collections

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.



Key Requirements:




  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, focusing on Enterprise and Government sectors

  • Proven track record in selling IT solutions, including Cybersecurity Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Data Center solutions

  • Previous experience managing a Gross Profit portfolio of AED 2.5 – 3 million

  • Background working with leading regional System Integrators

  • Well-established network of contacts within large enterprises and government organizations in the UAE

  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory — strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential

  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi
