Jr Generative AI Automation Engineer

We’re seeking a Junior Automation Engineer with a strong interest in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team remotely from LATAM. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design and development of AI-powered automation workflows.
• Assist with prompt engineering and basic interactions with LLM APIs.
• Support integration of GenAI capabilities into existing automation platforms.
• Prepare, clean, and manage datasets for AI processes.
• Test, debug, and document automation scripts and flows.
• Monitor and optimize AI workflows for performance and accuracy.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand technical requirements and designs.
• Learn and apply best practices in prompt creation, API usage, and workflow optimization.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and automation trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Awareness of Generative AI tools and foundational concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of RF Optimization is a plus.
