IT Systems Specialist

Role: IT Systems Specialist, Onsite

Location: Cape Town

A growing multi-brand business is seeking an IT & Systems Specialist to own and manage its IT operations and infrastructure. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ensuring secure, scalable systems while directly supporting employees and business-critical platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee hosting and performance for multiple WordPress websites


• Manage DNS, Cloudflare, SSL certificates, and cloud tools (Grafana, PowerBI)


• Configure and secure firewalls, routers, and office networks


• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, and hardware


• Manage Google Workspace (G-Suite), email systems, and employee software access


• Lead IT onboarding/off-boarding, access control, and hardware inventory


• Drive IT improvements, automation, and security best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in IT administration, systems management, or technical support


• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and device provisioning


• Experience with WordPress, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace


• Familiarity with Grafana, PowerBI, or similar platforms


• Proficiency across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments


• Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator
