The Role

As IT Manager, you will lead the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, and support teams, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. You will play a key role in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, managing projects and vendors, and driving cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hybrid IT infrastructure including servers, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user devices.


• Lead IT support teams, defining SLAs and enhancing service delivery and user experience.


• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, access management, and endpoint protection.


• Manage vendors, contracts, and IT assets to optimize cost and performance.


• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, office relocations, and cloud adoption initiatives.


• Support IT governance and compliance, ensuring operational and regulatory standards are met.


• Mentor and develop IT team members, fostering a service-oriented and responsive IT culture.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and support (5–10 years, with 3+ years in management).


• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN).


• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity frameworks, endpoint protection, and incident response.


• Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT asset lifecycle management.


• Track record of delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
