Job Title: Senior Product Development Engineer – IT Container Solutions

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Development Engineer to drive the design and delivery of IT containerized data center modules—a core product line for our European and American customers. You'll also serve as a critical backup to our IT Container System Engineer, ensuring continuity and reducing key-person dependency.

What You'll Do

  Design & R&D : Lead scheme design for containerized and skid-mounted IT modules.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Selection : Drive solution comparisons, feasibility studies, compatibility checks, and cost analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  NPI Documentation : Produce development docs, drawings, BOMs, and product manuals per process.

  
  


• 
  

  Project Delivery : Own project execution—bidding support, quality, cost, scheduling, and issue resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Support : Assist with structural tasks and other assignments as needed.

  
  

Who You'll Work With

• 
  

  Internal: Design, Procurement, Costing, Delivery Center teams.

  
  


• 
  

  External: Suppliers and customers.

  
  

What You Bring

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Design, Structure, or related.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: 5+ years in data center micro-module or prefab products. Independent delivery of large-scale projects required; Tencent TB experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical: Strong grasp of mechanical standards (national & international). Proficient in CAD and Office.

  
  


• 
  

  Language: English proficiency preferred for daily use.

  Soft Skills: Strong communicator, proactive, collaborative, resilient under pressure.
