IPTV Monitoring Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in the planning, operation, and troubleshooting of video delivery platforms, including IPTV, Headend, OTT, Cloud CDNs, EPG, Middleware, and GPON networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage video distribution networks to ensure optimal performance and service continuity.
• Analyze and correlate data from multiple dashboards, probes, and alarm platforms to proactively detect, mitigate, resolve, or escalate incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service quality and improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• Familiarity with Nokia video probes and Telestream headend probes.
• Experience using monitoring and analytics tools such as Zabbix, Kibana, Cacti, and the YOUBORA STB KPI platform.
